Over 3 Decades of Experience
About Axzam

Axzam Consulting was founded by Peter Northcott in 2021.

Axzam has been established to offer operational consulting and governance services to alternative asset managers, primarily, particularly during the launch phase when budgets are likely to be constrained.  Axzam believe that access to specialist expertise and experience, ahead of hiring a full time COO, is a very cost-effective way of building a fund manager’s business and operational infrastructure.

This “Outsourced COO” approach segues smoothly into preparation for investor operational due diligence, for both new and established fund managers, and to the ongoing provision of governance support.

Axzam currently works with a number of emerging managers supplying outsourced COO services as required, and Peter Northcott holds several Directorships.
